CoQ10 is a compound made by the body and it is stored in the mitochondria of your cells. CoQ10 is involved with making a compound called adenosine triphosphate (ATP) – this is a key factor in energy transfer within cells.2,3,4
The concentration of Coenzyme Q10 in the body decreases year by year, indicating that it has a close relationship with aging.1
Coenzyme Q10 is a natural vitamin-like substance found in all cells in the body, our ability to make CoQ10 decreases with age. This specialised supplement is formulated with busy, active people in mind. This formula also includes Vitamin B1, B2, E and Zinc.
VITAMIN B1 (THIAMINE) contributes to healthy energy release in the body, and normal function of the heart.
VITAMIN B2 (RIBOFLAVIN) which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
ZINC which is important in the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates.
VITAMIN E, ZINC & VITAMIN B2 also contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, oxidation is the process associated with ageing cells and decay.

Care should be taken when combining a range of products into a supplement programme to unsure that the upper safety limits of nutrients are not exceeded.
It is important to check that you are not taking too much of any one vitamin or mineral if you combine a number of different supplements. Many of the Wassen and Efamol products can be safely combined, however please call our nutrition helpline 0800 0291978 for advice on particular combinations. Always check with a professional when combining nutritional supplements.

The NRV represents the minimum intake required with a calculated safety margin. The 'maximum safety level' for certain vitamins and minerals is much higher in some instances. Certain oil soluble vitamins such as vitamin A and D can be stored by the liver and should not be taken in excessive quantities. Likewise the mineral zinc and iron should not be taken in very high doses, without professional supervision. Please call our nutrition helpline on 0800 0291978 if you have any questions.

I have been taking them every day for the last 20 odd years. What else can I say. I am 86 and feel they keep me fairly active. Thank you.
Product is very good, but the shipping cost is out of range. Buying at eBay is less expensive!
