Marine lipids in a very small capsule Why Wassen Omega – 3 Fish Oil? Fish oil naturally contains EPA(Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). These essential fatty acids have been found to have a multitude of functions in the body. ~ EPA may exert a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and inflammatory conditions. The latter may include joint and skin conditions. The latest research indicates that DHA plays an important part in brain and eye function. ~ EPA and DHA are incorporated into all the body’s cells, but are especially abundant in nerve relay stations and adrenal- and sex glands, some of the most active tissues in the body. DHA is more predominantly found in brain cells and visual receptors. Vitamin E is included to protect the fish oil. The capsules are especially small to make them easier to swallow. They contain no preservatives, artificial colouring or salt. Who should consider taking Omega-3 Fish Oil? In particular those: ~ unable to incorporate oily fish in the diet on a regular basis. ~ wishing to help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. ~ wishing to help maintain joint mobility

Free from gluten, dairy, sucrose and yeast. Directions for Adults: One to two capsules a day to be swallowed (with liquid if required) at the beginning of your main meal.
