Payment and Security

Payment is made through ePDQ, an established online payment system run by Barclays.

The ePDQ CPI utilises a high level of encryption - customers connect using 128 bit SSL encryption. Even if customers only have 40 bit SSL capable PCs, ePDQ will automatically upgrade the connection to ensure higher encryption.

ePDQ also encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with. ePDQ take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on secure servers and always ensure that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.

Delivery

Delivery is free within the UK. It includes packing, handling and postage of items ordered on the same order and delivered to one UK address. All orders are normally despatched within three working days unless payment is by cheque in which case we will despatch your order as soon as possible after payment has been transferred to our account. (Usually within five working days of receipt of order.)

Orders outside the UK are subject to a 10% surcharge on the published prices.

Prices

Prices are valid subject to product availability. Prices are correct at the current time and include VAT at 17.5%. Prices may change without notice and if there is an adjustment in the rate of VAT.

Please be aware that there might be minor variations in packaging detail.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased, return it to us unopened and in its original condition, within 10 days and we will issue a full refund immediately. Naturally, this does not affect your statutory rights.
