Synergistic formulation to help maintain joints, connective tissue and cartilage. Why GlucoSelene? Glucosamine* is an amino sugar made naturally in the body where it plays a role in maintaining healthy connective tissues. It is made naturally in the body but with advancing age this ability might be impaired. Glucosamine sulphate helps the manufacture of substances necessary for proper joint function and renewal and so is popular with active people who have physically demanding lives either due to work or hobby, including sport. It also contains vitamin C to help maintain collagen, a component of cartilage. Selenium, manganese, vitamins C and E help provide antioxidant protection of cells and tissues from free radical damage. Vitamin B6 plays a part in protein metabolism and so indirectly in tissue regeneration. *Wassen use the salt free form of glucosamine in this product as glucosamine sulphate 2KCL.
