What is the nutritional role of Coenzyme Q10?

Coenzyme Q10 is a substance, which is normally produced by the body from foods. It is required for the production of energy and is therefore found in particularly high concentration in organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys.

Vitamin E has been included in this product as it is believed to help with Coenzyme Q10 production. In addition, vitamin E has a protective antioxidant effect.
